SWEDISH MASSAGE: The manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the function and promote relaxation and well being. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the body. This treatment should not be painful.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: Designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue. This treatment focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. It is often recommended for persons experiencing constant pain or who have sustained physical injury. These sessions are often quite intense, as they are a result of deliberate focused work. This technique should not confused with "deep pressure" massage.

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE: Focuses on the mother-to-be as she goes through the changes due to pregnancy. This treatment may also help reduce and/or eliminate excess water tension. With each trimester, body positioning changes from laying on back and stomach to what is called "side-line"
positioning. After the mother has given birth, massage will assist in restoring the body back to her normal condition.

INFANT MASSAGE: Has many benefits such as relaxation for the infant-enhancing infant bonding with parents, aiding in physical growth and development plus improving an infants sleep cycle. Other benefits can be associated with relief in teething, congestion, colic, or emotional stress. As an infant learns to relax and release built up stress contained in growing muscles, the result is a healthier and happy baby.

ALOE VERA HERBAL BODY WRAPS: A pleasant experience that begins with cotton linens soaked in a warm, toxin-cleansing, and penetrating aloe-herb solution. The end result is a gratifying and noticable inch loss. This treatment is safe for almost anyone as no dehyration or compression is used. Herbal wraps benefit those with allergies, bruising, fibromyalgia, muscle joint dysfunction, and more. People with cancer or immune system problems should consult a physician before scheduling a body wrap treatment.

RAIN DROP TREATMENT: Combines an amazing power of essential oils mixed with a variety of massage techniques. You receive a treatment while fully clothed; and you can feel relief instantly during your lunch hour or for a break from a stressful day. You choose the length of the treatment sessions, which can last from 5 to 20 minutes.

FAR INFRARED SAUNA: Our new Far Infrared Sauna uses heat to penetrate up to 1.5 inches into deep muscle tissue, allowing your body to reduce muscle spasms, help flush toxins from your body, and relieve stress. Treatment sessions can last anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on the reason for treatment and previous experience.
